Noelle Anne Hossen

Professional Information

From 1984 upon joining Paterson & Dowding, until 2008, Noelle has worked almost exclusively in Family Law and Family Violence Restraining Orders.

Noelle has extensive experience in Family Law and has practised in the jurisdiction for the past 36 years.  Noelle is an Accredited Independent Child Lawyer and has in the past, acted as Counsel in complex child-related matters in the Family Court.

Noelle has experience in a wide range of cases involving property settlement, de facto relationships and child-related matters (including matters in the Children’s Court).  She also acts as Counsel in defended cases for Family Violence Restraining Orders.

Noelle is also a Member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in the Migration Division.
